The residential-commercial complex “Dunavske terase” (“Danube Terraces”) was built in 2013 in the Karaburma neighbourhood of Belgrade. Projektinženjering Tim was in charge of the complete structural project of the complex, positioned on a site sloped towards the river Danube. With the average height of eight floors and surface area totalling 56.000 m2, the structure of the buildings successfully follows their simple yet dynamic architetural language and enables optimal use of space.
