Issuing of energy passports
All buildings that are being built, reconstructed or sold in Serbia must, according to law, have an energy performance certificate, colloquially known as an energy passport. An energy passport contains basic data about a building, information about the materials used in its construction, an energy consumption calculation, as well as measures for improvement of energy efficiency. An energy passport is valid for ten years and it is a pre-condition for securing building and use permits.
